For the offer to be valid the below terms must be met.

Monthly rental fee at KSH 220,000
2 months Deposit paid and Tenancy Agreement signed

Condition: If the tenant vacates a unit in less than 12 months of occupation, they will forfeit their 2 months' deposit
Duration: The promotion will run from 1st August 2022 and end on 30th September 2022.
